Mentoring, networking and communications

Mentoring of newly-ordained clergy is required by Canons of The Episcopal Church. We also offer mentoring and coaching for lay persons in ministry discernment, seminarians, clergy in transition, clergy taking up new ministry leadership roles, and Rectors and Deans throughout their ministries, including times of proactive re-defining of their ministries, as well as in times of crisis. Congregational leaders often make provision for this mentoring when calling new clergy to ministry positions.

We offer executive coaching where appropriate, and we stand along side clergy and lay leaders as trusted advisors.  We also offer expertise in communications and networking.
